Using Regional Partnerships to Create Grow-Your-Own Programs in Wisconsin

This webinar describes a collaboration between the Center on Great Teachers and Leaders, the Midwest Comprehensive Center, and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction that supports new educator career pathways in the state, particularly through “grow-your-own” programs. Presenters share new resources developed and lessons learned through three regional councils that were created to strengthen educator talent pipelines in high-need urban and rural areas.
