The Region 8 Comprehensive Center (R8CC) assisted the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) in finding research-based strategies for recruiting teachers. This report focuses on the techniques and approaches IDOE, districts, and schools can use in their efforts to recruit teachers, especially teachers of color.
