Grant Writing Assistance Series

This series is designed specifically to assist with the Consolidated Grant Application, but is applicable to general grant writing, project development and implementation, and continuous improvement. In Module 1, the Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycle of continuous improvement is explored with an emphasis on the Plan stage. The module explores project planning to include conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, developing a theory of action, and choosing appropriate evidence-based practices. Other modules in the series will focus on the Do stage (project implementation) and the Study and Act stages (project monitoring and evaluation).
