What Does the South Central Comprehensive Center Do?

The South Central Comprehensive Center (SC3) at the University of Oklahoma, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, supports state departments of education in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma as they implement the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Due to the number of American Indian students in this region, SC3 has a special focus on support to address their needs.
