This blog series provides guidance to school leaders on supporting teacher wellbeing through the implementation of the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM). The series builds upon REL Pacific’s article “Reflecting on Teacher Wellbeing During the COVID-19 Pandemic” introducing CBAM as a framework to address teacher challenges when faced with change. The series opens with an introduction to using the CBAM framework and includes action steps to apply three diagnostic tools (i.e., Stages of Concern, Levels of Use, and Innovation Configuration Maps) to help maintain a focus on improving student learning while simultaneously supporting teacher wellbeing.
