December FiDWiG Meeting

In our December meeting, we’ll examine the importance of data in light of the dilemmas facing districts across the country and share trends we’re seeing in our tracking of district ESSER spending decisions. In particular, states and districts will want to ensure they have the data they need to steer clear of six mistakes we've been seeing. We’ll discuss these mistakes and how to weigh strategic financial tradeoffs when deciding how to spend federal relief funds, address learning loss, cope with shifting enrollments, navigate on-again-off-again re-opening plans, and plan amidst uncertain revenues.
