Join REL Central on June 4 at 12 p.m. MT for a virtual quick chat. The presentation will provide attendees with methods and strategies for using assessments to identify the needs of students following social distancing measures taken to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Presenters Norm Alerta, director of assessment and performance analytics at Cherry Creek School District in Colorado, and Debra Johnson, superintendent of Chamberlain School District in South Dakota, will discuss assessment considerations and share strategies used to develop their assessment administration plans, with an eye to both virtual and in-person schooling this fall. The presentation will share strategies to support SEA and LEA participants in developing a back-to-school assessment plan.
Please remember that even if you can't attend, all those who register will receive a link to the recording of the video presentation and handout.
Audience: This webinar is designed for SEA and LEA personnel and other stakeholders who want to learn about considerations associated with assessing students in fall 2020 and strategies for implementation.
