The South Central Comprehensive Center (SC3) at the University of Oklahoma supports state departments of education in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma as they implement the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).  SC3 has a special focus on championing the needs of American Indian students in this region.
